Zenzi Huysmans
Dr. Zenzi Huysmans is a teaching assistant professor in the Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology program. She is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant and an approved mentor through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. Dr. Huysmans’ role is to support the professional development of the doctoral students and monitor the quality of the performance enhancement services they provide as they work towards their CMPC credential.

Cami Barnes

Cami takes a mindfulness-based approach to sport psychology consulting, helping athletes develop self-awareness, resilience, and mental flexibility to perform at their best. Passionate about fostering confidence and well-being, she tries to create engaging, hands-on sessions that empower athletes to navigate challenges with self-compassion and purpose.

Kayla Hussey

As a former collegiate basketball student-athlete, my goal is to help athletes of all ages build skills in their sport experiences transferrable to other performance domains (e.g., academics, career). Through a strengths-based approach, I collaborate with athletes to improve awareness of their thought patterns and connect to different parts of their identity to unlock their highest potential.
